SERVICES - FREIGHT FORWARDING
Our forwarding department arranges all transport modes, sea, air and road freight services to a large customer base, the benefits of using these services will depend on your individual requirements.
We partner with all major carriers, and this allows us to offer a bespoke service to meet your requirements, whether this is related to freight rates, transit time, port free time etc. It isn’t possible to go to one carrier and obtain everything you need, and on top of this they won’t be able to offer you the personal tailored service you need. We listen to our customers’ requirements, and only offer services which best suit you and your circumstances.
When space and equipment is tight, we find a solution which avoids delaying your cargo and we ship to the nearest direct port which reduces the amount of road miles. We only use carriers that can provide a reliable port to port service.
What makes us different to a direct carrier or other freight forwarders?
Our overseas partners in USA have been our partners for over 20 years, and our main partner in China has been in place for 17 years. We have a very good relationship with all our partners, they are an important integral part of our business. We also use partners from our logistics network Lognet Global, we joined this network back in 2014, and this gives us access to partners in 109 countries.
In addition to this, we buy our freight based on volume, this allows us to buy cheaper than standard market rates and pass these savings back to our customers.
We can offer a solution this is preferred on transit time or price, sometimes both, and ensure space is available during peak periods and no direct carrier can offer all of these benefits.
