ROAD FREIGHT
Global Container Services arranges road freight movements between the EU and UK, both import and export, in partnership with our European network of road transport operators and hauliers.
Our regular key markets include:
- Belgium
- France
- Germany
- Netherlands
- Italy
- Spain
- Poland
- Czech Republic
The services we offer are FTL (full trailer load) and LTL (less than trailer load), the LTL we can also offer a dedicated vehicle service for those time sensitive movements.
For EU markets with Italy and Spain, we can provide both trailer and container services. We are big volume movers of containers from these regions, which are both cost effective and provide a secure supply chain. These are either arranged by rail or sea freight depending upon actual location of the supplier/customer.
If your supplier or customer in the EU cannot provide you with or are not contractually obliged to offer Export/Import Customs clearance services, then Global Containers can also provide this service as well as the clearance service in the UK. All of our network partners offer these services.
All shipments are moved on a door to door basis.
